We provide individualized counselling for adults to support you in any challenges you may be experiencing. We offer treatment plans tailored to your needs and will equip you with the tools necessary to promote growth.
INDEPENDENT PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS: MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
We conduct comprehensive and objective psychological assessments for third parties such as insurance companies, lawyers, businesses/organizations etc. Our assessments provide a comprehensive clinical formulation and identifies  mental disorders, symptom exaggeration or malingering, level of psychological impairment and disability, causality/etiology, and treatment recommendations.
FAMILY THERAPY
We provide support for all family dynamics and types, we understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to families and tailor our services to each families uniqueness. We work from a systematic style that allows all parties to learn effective communication skills that will enhance their relationships.
COUPLES THERAPY
We provide support to couples of all partnership forms. Relationships can go through ups and downs, and we believe in strengthening the foundations. We also believe in fostering understanding and communication for each perspective.
CHILD & ADOLESCENT THERAPY
Children and adolescents face numerous challenges that affect mental health. We offer support and services to allow you to identify your thoughts and feelings, and to cope with stressors and build life skills.
