Our organization is made up of truly amazing people, all of whom have dedicated their lives to spreading the message of mindfulness, knowledge and health to our clients. We’ve been an established Wellness Centre since 2019, sharing our knowledge and support to clients. We are focused on helping our clients better connect to themselves, their communities, and to the rest of the world; through spreading wellness mentally and physically.
HOW DO ONLINE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES WORK?
“Online Mental Health” refers to the mode of delivering mental health services while the individual and Mental Health Professional are not at the same physical location.
All laws and regulations governing in-person counselling sessions also apply to Online Mental Health sessions, including confidentiality, safety and privacy Act.
Video conferencing technology used is secure and compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Learning about oneself is the key to self-acceptance and becoming familiar with who you are.
